Anyone who knows me will tell you this is GOD's doing. You see, I'm not a good morning person. In fact, you might say I need a couple hours and a couple cups of coffee to clear the cobwebs.
I had settled in to sleep around 11 o'clock on January 31st, 2017. Like most other nights, I was sleeping soundly nearly as fast as my head hit the pillow.
God had a different idea.
The Creator spoke to me that night. Like a light streaking through the night sky, I was up - around 4 am and writing. As fast as words came to me, I wrote. In about 15 minutes time, I had scrawled out an 8 page business plan for a charitable organization that is now Kingdom's Light Foundation.
He was very clear that he wanted me to begin the process of involving my immediate family. My brother, sisters and father - all of whom have their own relationship with Christ. He was very clear that he wanted us to join together to use our resources and talents advance His Kingdom, Spreading His Word and sharing the hope that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has to offer.
Having been in business for nearly two decades, I know how traditional business works. The Lord has blessed my family over the years with an amazing wife Lynn, two healthy children Josh and Alyssa, plenty of love, a modest living and lots of desire to help people in distress. I had dreamed of living not a life of accomplishment, but a life of significance. A life that matters.
So, what matters?
He answered that question that night.
Salvation.
Praise God that He sent his Son Jesus to take the punishment for our sins, to die on the cross and to defeat death by rising again on the third day. Without Jesus, salvation is not possible.
Won't you join us promoting God's plan?
May God bless you.
Martin Wolfe,
President and Founding Member
